includes the distribution of computer and network items as well as software
for all common branches and businesses. Furthermore we provide internet
services like website construction and hosting for private and business
clients, web design, domain registration, web and email hosting on our own
web servers, network solutions for small and medium sized businesses, data
backup and security solutions, installation of monitoring systems,
distribution and installation of POS systems, equipment for internet cafés
and internet programming.

Owner of CompuRed Technologies S.L.is Michael Preising, born in 1967 in Germany, General Manager (CEO) is Martina Frontzek.
After completing his training within
the IT-branch, Michael Preising started his career as a system and
network engineer and project manager. He worked for big
consulting companies, businesses and well known banks in Germany,
where he acquired a lot of skills and competency. At CompuRed Technologies
S.L. he is not only the company owner, but also acts as technical
manager at minor and major computer and network projects.
Martina Frontzek is a trained
retail saleswoman with a profound knowledge in IT-business.
Our technicians are amongst others certified in network engineering
(MCP, MCSE).
CompuRed Technologies S.L.emerged
from CompuRed-Computerswhich was founded by Michael Preising in February
2002. Due to the progressive positive development, the increasing
number of clients and the expansion of our range of
responsibilities the change of the company structure was necessary
to continue and expand our successful work. Today, next to its owner, CompuRed Technologies S.L.employees a manager and 4 technicians to
cover the whole range of responsibilities. There are
further team members within the administration.
In 2007 CompuRed Technologies S.L. obtained a business volume of more than
300.000 € and is therefore on a firm footing in the future. In 2008 we
plan to attend several regional exhibitions to further increase our number of
clients and our business volume.

CompuRed Technologies S.L. pays particular attention to the service sector. This does not only
include field service but also and in particular client counseling and
the constant monitoring and maintenance of IT systems entrusted to
our care. For this reason CompuRed Technologies S.L.offers various types of
maintenance contracts which flexibly customize to our clients wishes and
their IT infrastructure.

Computer Shop
Part of CompuRed Technologies S.L. is our computer and repair shop in La Zenia, Orihuela-Costa, near Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca in Spain with a wide range
of products especially adapted to the needs of the local
customer base. The shop however not only serves as a salesroom but
also as the point of contact for our business clients. Our
experienced technicians gladly offer advice and assistance and make
quotations of various configurations anytime. Our range
of goods extends from standard systems to individual
arrangements and beyond to single components, laptops, IT-accessories
and software in different languages such as Spanish, English, German, Dutch,
French etc. As a registered partner of Microsoft we are able to provide our
clients with the latest software at any time. Ink cartridges are an essential
part in our range of products, we offer a wide variety of original and
compatible ink cartridges and toners.

Workshop
At our workshop, which is associated to our shop, we
are able to do several repairs at the same time. This
usually saves time and enables us to work cost saving for our
clients.
Our experienced technicians
attend to every customers request directly and we consider satisfying
our clients as our most important goal.
Since we keep a wide
range of spare parts in stock we are able to carry out repair
works within a short period of time. Should we however don't have a
required spare part in stock, our wide network of
distributors guarantees short delivery times.

Web service
For our business clients we
offer our own servers which are situated at a data centre and therefore
well protected against all eventualities. Our services range
from domain hosting to email hosting up to providing webspace. We
offer various packages of different sizes to individually meet
the demands of our clients. The constant monitoring of severs and email
functions, particularly with regard to interferences, viruses and
spammers, guaratees a high level of availability and reliability.
We also provide our
own estate agent software. Furthermore we offer the developement of
individual database-driven programms based on SQL. Shortly there
will be turnkey solutions of different configurations and easy user
guidance available, which meet almost all demands by different
templates.

Location
CompuRed Technologies S.L.The new computer sales shop is located on the national road N332 in the La Zenia roundabout, in the Centro Cermercial Zenia Golf in 03189 Orihuela-Costa, Spain. The former CompuRed Computers sales shop was located in 03185 Torrevieja on the Costa
Blanca. The location in the immediate vicinity of Torrevieja and
populous Orihuela Costa guarantees a great many customers, which
particularly appreciate the suburban location of our shop. Short
journeys by using either the N-332 or the A7 guarantee low travel charges and fast and short distances for
our clients. The new Hospital in Torrevieja can be used as a point of reference on
your way to our shop.
4.
Prices
The prices
for our services are calculated in labour units (15min) and currently
we usualy charge by the hour. Outside normal business hours or on
weekends there is an additional charge which will be previously agreed
upon with the client. Travel costs are charged according to the actual
time effort and the costs for longer journeys will be kept within a
reasonable range by an upper limit. We offer different kinds
of maintenance contracts with fixed prices, reduced travel costs and
individual special arrangements . Other services like website building,
programming, remote service etc. are usually also subject to fixed
prices.
